In 1946 Paul's father (John Gaudet) opened his very first body shop with a close friend, and from there a family business was born. Paul, along with his brothers, a sister, and other relatives, all worked together with their father for many years. After owning a few different shops in Charlottetown, John opened Gaudet's Auto Body, which would later be owned by Paul.
After a few years of teaching auto body, Paul started work at Walter Piccott's Body Shop, became shop manager, and now operates under the name City Collision Services. Business has been steady for three years now, and with his son David and daughter Martha working for him, it still remains a family affair.
Now City Collision is stepping it up by joining the NAPA Autopro Collision Network. By joining the largest network of automotive professionals in Canada, City Collision will be able to continue giving it's customers the most professional work, while remaining competitive in a demanding market.
