Together with Napa AutoPro, City Collision Services is proud to back their customers with a competitive warranty. This warranty pertains both to refinished work and replacement parts. Here's how it works:
This is a limited lifetime warranty against fading, checking, and cracking of the painted area refinished by City Collision.
This means there is no guarantee against future collision damage of the area previously refinished, and also no guarantee against rock chips, rust, or damage to paint from misuse or neglect.
There are three types of parts which can be used when your vehicle is repaired, and they are Original Equipment Manufactured Parts (OEM), Certified Aftermarket Parts, and Non-Certified Aftermarket Parts.
OEM Parts are backed by a lifetime warranty with the manufacturer. If an OEM part becomes defective after your vehicle has been repaired, simply contact City Collision, and that part will be replaced and installed at no charge to you.
Certified Aftermarket Parts come with a limited 5 year warranty against rust perforation to those parts.
Non-Certified Aftermarket Parts are used with no guarantee regarding their performance and maintenance.
